Terms & Conditions
For Voice Lessons with Singintuit
Last Updated: February 2026
Welcome to Singintuit (“the Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in lessons, purchasing any plan, or using our scheduling or payment systems, you (“the Student” or “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, please do not schedule or purchase services.
-
This Agreement applies to all services offered by Singintuit, including but not limited to single lessons, subscriptions, packages, in-person lessons, and virtual lessons, regardless of instructor.
-
Lesson: A private vocal coaching session of the duration purchased (typically 30 or 60 minutes).
Monthly Subscription: A recurring plan providing a set number of lesson credits per billing cycle.
Billing Cycle: The recurring period (typically 30 days) beginning on the subscription start or renewal date.
Credits: Lesson credits provided through a subscription or package, which must be scheduled by the Student.
Scheduling System: The Studio’s booking software used to schedule and manage lessons.
-
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle and do not roll over.
Subscriptions provide lesson credits, not guaranteed standing time slots.
All subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-
All lessons must be scheduled through the Scheduling System and are subject to availability.
Students are responsible for managing their own bookings.
Changes require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations and no-shows result in forfeiture of the lesson credit.
The Studio does not offer refunds or make-up lessons for missed sessions.
-
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the Scheduling System or by contacting the Studio.
Upon cancellation, access continues through the end of the active billing cycle.
Unused credits expire at the end of that cycle and cannot be restored or refunded.
-
Lessons may be offered virtually or in person, depending on availability and purchase.
For virtual lessons, Students are responsible for appropriate equipment and reliable internet connectivity.
Lessons begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the session. If no contact is made within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the lesson is considered a no-show.
-
The Studio reserves the right to assign or substitute instructors as needed. While we strive for consistency, the Studio does not guarantee a specific instructor indefinitely.
-
Students are responsible for their own physical and vocal health and should disclose any relevant medical or vocal conditions prior to participation.
Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without refund.
-
All purchases are due at the time of purchase or renewal.
All sales are final. Lessons, credits, and subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
-
All teaching materials, methods, exercises, recordings, lesson plans, and proprietary content provided by the Studio remain the intellectual property of the Studio.
Such materials may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
-
Lessons conducted virtually and in person may be recorded by the Studio for educational, quality assurance, and internal training purposes.
By participating in lessons, you grant the Studio permission to record, store, and review lesson recordings for internal use, including teacher training and service improvement.
The Studio may also request permission to use excerpts of recorded lessons for educational or promotional purposes. Any such use will be anonymized whenever reasonably possible. Students may opt out of marketing or promotional use at any time by providing written notice to the Studio.
Recordings are stored securely and are not sold or shared with third parties outside the Studio’s instructional or marketing activities.
-
The Studio makes no guarantees regarding vocal progress, outcomes, or results. Progress varies based on individual effort, consistency, and circumstances.
Participation in vocal training involves inherent risks, including vocal strain. By enrolling, you assume full responsibility for these risks.
The Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services.
-
The Studio reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
-
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
