Studio Policies & Expectations
At Singintuit, voice training is both a craft and a human process.
These policies exist to protect the integrity of the work, the time we share, and the learning environment we build together.
-
Lesson times are reserved specifically for you.
Lessons begin and end at the scheduled time
Arriving late does not extend the session
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance
Clear time boundaries allow lessons to stay focused, grounded, and fair for everyone.
-
Voice work is cumulative. Regular attendance and thoughtful preparation support deeper progress over time.
If you’re feeling stuck, discouraged, or unsure how to move forward, communication is always encouraged. We’re here to help you navigate those moments.
-
Most scheduling and account management can be handled directly through the scheduling system.
For anything else:
Please reach out via email rather than last-minute messages
Allow reasonable response time, especially outside lesson hours
Clear communication helps us show up fully when we’re together.
-
For online sessions, please ensure your space, internet connection, and audio setup are ready before your lesson begins.
For in-person lessons, arrive on time and respect the shared studio space.
-
Singintuit is a space rooted in curiosity, consent, and self-trust.
You’re never expected to “push,” perform perfection, or override your body. Growth here happens through presence, honesty, and care — both for yourself and for the people you work with.
-
These expectations help us offer a high-quality, sustainable, and deeply human learning experience.
