This apprenticeship exists to help you internalize our method, our mindset, and our magic through real-time support, reflection, and practice.
You are never expected to be perfect.
You are expected to be present, passionate, committed, coachable, and curious.

How to use voice science without overwhelming the student
How to reflect rather than direct

Expectations of You
Presence: Show up on time, camera on, notebook ready, fully present.
Curiosity: Ask questions, voice confusion, explore the “why” behind each choice.
Humility: Be open to feedback in an effort to grow constantly and always serve the customer.
Embodiment: Engage in the exercises. You must feel the method to teach it!
Initiative: Review resources, take notes, prepare your own insights or ideas.
Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of student stories and sessions.
Brand Alignment: Learn and reflect upon our language, values, and tone.
