Your Role in the Singintuit Ecosystem
As an Apprentice Teacher, you are designated with a very specific—and incredibly important—role. Therefore, it is important to understand who you are, what is expected of you, and how you relate to all parts of the Singintuit Ecosystem. As shown in our organizational chart, Apprentice Teachers sit within the Education Branch, reporting directly to the Teacher Trainer/Certification Director and receiving mentorship from a Lead Teacher.
All new teachers begin as Apprentices. Advancement to Certified Singintuit Teacher is based on:
Key Milestones:
Learning the ‘way we do it,’ observing lessons, and reflecting using journal props
Completion of assigned readings and systems training
Full tech setup verified and approved
Leading trial lessons with supervisor review
Qualitative Indicators:
Uses language aligned with Singintuit principles
Demonstrates clear understanding of purpose and mission
Application of the Five-Phase Framework
Embodies student-led curiosity over correction
Delivers lessons with emotional presence and technical awareness
To become a Certified Singintuit Teacher, apprentices must demonstrate:
Competency
Clear application of the Five-Phase framework, strong lesson structure and pacing, technical accuracy in vocal tools, emotional intelligence in delivery.
Communication
Reflective and encouraging language, non-judgmental and curiosity-led feedback, clarity and professionalism in all communication.
Systems Adherence
Uses all required virtual materials correctly, leaves complete notes after each lesson, follows equipment and Zoom guidelines.
Growth Alignment
Responsive to feedback, demonstrates deep personal reflection, committed to student transformation, and understands their role in the ecosystem.
